Privacy policy
For vintorava.com and Vintorava: Block Routing.
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
Current status. Vintorava: Block Routing is in development and has not been publicly released. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Google Ads measurement are not currently configured in the app. The planned optional features below are identified as such, not presented as active services. This website does not install analytics or advertising trackers.
1. Who is responsible
Vintorava is operated by Marcin Matysek, using the developer name rewerantor. Marcin Matysek is the controller of information processed for this website and direct support. Contact: 2marcin56@gmail.com.
2. Visiting this website
The website serves static pages, artwork and a locally hosted open-source font. It has no account, contact form, newsletter, embedded social feed or third-party analytics script. It does not set its own HTTP cookies or use browser storage for tracking.
The cookie-settings panel uses essential local storage to remember the choices you request for up to 180 days. You can reopen the panel on any page and reject optional categories. No optional website service is currently installed, and a new provider or purpose requires a fresh choice. See the cookie policy for the exact storage entry and how to clear it. Website preferences do not grant consent inside the app.
To deliver and protect the website, our hosting provider, Namecheap, may process ordinary connection and server-log data, such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser information and response status. This is separate from in-game analytics. Hosting and security logs are used for service delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, not advertising personalization.
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. Email is handled through our email service provider. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Google Play purchase tokens or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Local game data and purchases
Core puzzle gameplay is designed to work offline. The app's first-party code stores progress, preferences, the current board, history, balances and entitlement information locally on the device. It does not require a Vintorava account or our own gameplay server.
Google Play purchases and restoration are separate platform functions. Google may process transaction, app and device information under its own service terms and privacy information. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent platform processing needed for a purchase or restoration you request. We do not receive your payment-card details through the game's purchase interface.
Removing local app data can remove progress and settings. System backup or Google Play records may be handled separately by the platform; deleting local data is not a request to delete those platform records. Contact us before removing data if you need help.
4. Planned optional analytics and crash reporting
We plan to offer Firebase Analytics to understand use of the game, Firebase Crashlytics to investigate failures, and measurement of installations and purchases attributed to Google Ads campaigns. These features are not currently enabled. Before introducing them, we will update this policy to match the actual SDK configuration, data categories, recipients and retention settings.
The intended rule is explicit opt-in: optional reporting remains off until you choose Accept. You will be able to choose Reject without losing gameplay access and change the choice in Settings. Opening a privacy-policy link is not consent. Advertising personalization is excluded and must remain disabled even when measurement is accepted. This scope does not authorize advertising display.
Withdrawal must stop future optional collection and reporting within the implemented service's controls. It does not automatically erase information already sent. Any access or deletion request concerning such information will need the procedure applicable to that service when it is introduced. We do not claim that the current in-development app already implements those optional-service controls.
5. Diagnostics and information we do not request
Local operational diagnostics are distinct from internet reporting. Developer builds may contain more detailed technical diagnostics than production builds. They are not automatically uploaded to Firebase by this website. Do not send a diagnostic bundle unless you understand and intend to share its contents.
We do not ask visitors for contacts, precise location, microphone recordings or payment-card details. No personal information is sold by us through this website. This statement does not replace the independent practices of Google Play or a service you choose to visit.
6. Purposes, legal grounds and retention
Website delivery and security processing supports our legitimate interests in providing and protecting the service. Support correspondence is used to answer your request and, where relevant, take steps relating to the service you request. Any future optional analytics or crash reporting described here will require the stated consent.
We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary legal, security or service records. Hosting logs are subject to the hosting provider's operational retention and our legitimate troubleshooting needs; they are not a permanent marketing profile. Local game data remains on your device until changed or removed, subject to platform backup behavior. We will disclose actual optional-service retention before enabling those services.
7. Providers, security and international processing
Website hosting is provided by Namecheap. Support email may be processed by Google/Gmail. Google Play processes platform transactions. We share information only as needed for the relevant service, to protect against abuse or to meet applicable legal obligations. Providers may process data outside your country; their terms and applicable transfer safeguards govern those operations. We take reasonable technical measures, including HTTPS for this website, but cannot promise absolute security.
Provider information: Namecheap privacy policy, Google privacy policy and Firebase privacy information. These are external pages and have their own policies.
8. Your choices and rights
You can contact 2marcin56@gmail.com about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may need reasonable information to identify the relevant request; do not send identity documents unless a necessary and appropriate verification method has been agreed. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
There is currently no Vintorava account to delete. For locally stored game data, device app settings control local storage. Google account, purchase and platform-record requests must also be directed to the relevant Google service where appropriate.
9. Children and changes
This website is a product-information and support site and does not invite children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided unnecessary information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. A final app audience and any age-related SDK controls will be assessed before public release; this page is not an age-rating claim.
We will update this policy when the actual service or data handling changes. The date above identifies this version. Material new optional processing will not be enabled merely by changing this page; the corresponding user choice must also be implemented.
