When reporting a problem
Tell us what you expected, what happened, the app version and your device model/Android version if relevant. Avoid sharing passwords, payment-card data, account credentials, purchase tokens or private screenshots. Send diagnostics only if specifically requested and after checking their contents.

Is the game available to download?
Vintorava: Block Routing is still in development and is not publicly released. No release date or final catalogue size has been announced. We do not offer APK downloads on this site.
Does the puzzle gameplay require an internet connection?
Core gameplay is designed to work offline. Platform functions, such as Google Play purchases or restoration, may require a connection. This is not a promise that every platform feature works offline.
Is optional analytics already running?
No. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Google Ads measurement are not configured in the current in-development app. The intended future design requires explicit acceptance, excludes advertising personalization and preserves gameplay when rejected. See the privacy policy.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email the public contact above with the type of request and enough context to understand it. There is no Vintorava account to delete. For Google account or platform transaction records, the relevant Google service may need to handle the request.
